A K Electricals

A K Electricals has been part of Shalimar Bagh for a good number of years. We are a typical local electrical shop where you can find almost anything for your house wiring. The shelves are packed with switches, sockets, light bulbs, and bundles of wire. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we try to keep so much in stock. We get a lot of local contractors coming in early in the morning to get supplies for their jobs. Then the residents start showing up later looking for things like a new doorbell or a spare tube light. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign outside. It’s just a functional space with a wooden counter where we do all our business. Shalimar Bagh is a large residential area, so there is always someone who needs something fixed. We spend a lot of time testing bulbs and cutting wire to the right length. It’s a repetitive job in some ways, but we enjoy the interaction with our neighbors. Sometimes we have to tell people that a certain part is out of stock, which means a trip to the main market for us. We stay open until late in the evening because that’s when most people realize they need a new bulb. It’s a steady and honest way to spend the day. We are just part of the local scenery here.
