Over here in Faridabad, at NIT R-1/5, things stay pretty busy throughout the week. A G S Tools & Components is a practical kind of place. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise office; we are right where the industrial action is. The air usually smells like metal and oil because that is what we deal with every single day. We have shelves and bins filled with different tools and small components that people need for their machines or whatever they are building. It gets a bit messy sometimes, with parts laying around and invoices piled up on the desk, but we know where everything is. People from the nearby workshops often just walk in when they are stuck on a job and need a specific bit or a tool they lost. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It is just a workspace where we get things sorted. My hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift, which is fine by me. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked with trucks, but we just keep moving along and getting the orders ready.
