A G G Plastic

Our shop, A G G Plastic, is located down Gali Hakim in Chandni Chowk, house number 3536. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how tight the lanes are. We’re packed in with a lot of other businesses. We deal in all sorts of plastic goods. It’s a crowded space with stacks of items reaching up to the ceiling. Navigating the shop involves a bit of squeezing through narrow aisles. It’s mostly bags, containers, and various household plastic items. The air is thick with the smell of new plastic and the sounds of the street outside. I spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out where we put a specific order. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we generally know where everything is. We deal with both small buyers and people looking for bulk items. Some days the humidity in these old buildings is quite high, and the work gets tiring. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us by word of mouth or by just wandering through the market. It’s a gritty, honest way to make a living. We’ve been in this spot for years and the walls could probably tell a lot of stories if they could talk. The tea seller nearby knows our order by heart because we spend so much time here. It is just a basic, hardworking shop.
