Vivekananda Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic

We are set up over on Cross Road in Sangaon, right near the MK Hospital and just a short walk from the SBI main branch. It’s a small clinic, mostly just a few rooms with mats, some weights, and the equipment we use for therapy. People come here when they’ve hurt their back or if they are recovering from some kind of surgery. It’s not a big, fancy rehabilitation center; it’s just a local spot where we help folks get moving again. The walls are a bit plain, and sometimes you can hear the traffic from Cross Road outside, but we focus on the exercises. We spend a lot of our day showing people how to stretch properly or helping them walk without a limp. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we do. The clinic gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when people get off work and come in for their sessions. We try to keep the schedule tight, but sometimes a session goes long and things get backed up. We don't use any complicated medical jargon if we can help it. We just explain the movements and watch to make sure they're done right. Being near the bank and the other hospital makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a practical little place, and we’re just here doing our part for the people in Sangaon who need to get back on their feet.
