You can find us at number 5 in Sanjay Market, right by the Kishan Nagar Chowk in Dehradun. It’s a busy little corner of the city near the GPO. Being a physio and rehab clinic, we see a lot of people who are trying to get their strength back. Maybe they’ve had an injury or they’re just getting older and things aren't moving like they used to. Dr. Doon and the rest of the team work out of this space in Sanjay Market, which is a pretty convenient spot for people to get to. The clinic has some mats, some weights, and the usual equipment you need for rehabilitation. It’s not a fancy gym, just a place to do the work. The sounds of Dehradun traffic and the calls from the market vendors are always there in the background, but we don't mind it much. We get a mix of young athletes and elderly folks who just want to walk without pain. We don't promise miracles; we just help people do their exercises and track their progress. It’s a lot of one-on-one time, so we get to know our patients pretty well. Most of them have been coming for weeks or months, so it feels like a little family. We have some posters on the wall showing different stretches, and the tape we use for injuries is always sitting out on the table. We just keep showing up, setting out the equipment, and helping the people of Kishan Nagar move a bit better.
