Valley Physio Clinic

Valley Physio Clinic is based out of the Seema Nursing Home, which is at 28 Patel Road. We are specifically located in the area they call Faltu Line, which is right near the Nagar Nigam office. It’s an interesting name for a street, but that is where we are. The clinic itself is inside the nursing home building, so you have to walk through their main entrance to find us. We have a few treatment tables and some basic weights and bands for the exercises. The room is not very big, so when we have three people in there at once, it feels pretty full. We have a window that looks out toward the street, and you can hear the buses going by all day. Most of our patients are people from the neighborhood who have hurt their backs or are trying to walk better after an injury. We do not use any big machines, just our hands and some simple movements. The floor is covered in a green linoleum that is starting to peel at the corners. We keep a stack of old magazines on the table, though no one really reads them. It’s a very low-key environment. We open up after lunch most days and stay until the last person finishes their stretches. It is just a straightforward place to get some physical therapy done without any fuss. We try to keep it simple and just do the work without overcomplicating the exercises.
