Lovely Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find our physiotherapy clinic at 12 Rajpur Road, right across from the Yak Service Station. It’s a handy landmark for people who haven't visited us before. The clinic is a simple setup with the mats, weights, and machines needed to help people move better. Most of our visitors are dealing with back pain or recovering from an old injury that started acting up again. We don’t do any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We just look at how you’re moving and give you some exercises to do. It takes time and a bit of effort on your part too. The space isn’t very large, so it feels more like a personal gym than a medical office. We have a few different rooms for treatments. It’s usually just the sound of someone working through their stretches and us giving directions. Rajpur is a good area to be in, and being near the service station means there’s usually some activity outside. We’ve had all sorts of people come through, from young athletes to older folks who just want to walk without hurting. It’s honest work helping people get their strength back. We don’t promise miracles, just steady progress if you stick with the plan. It’s a low-key place where the focus is just on the physical therapy. We like it that way and so do the people who come here. We just take things one session at a time and see how it goes.
