Vardhman Fashion Point

Our shop is right on Tilak Road in Dehradun. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside. We have been at number 23 for quite some time. It's not a corporate office or anything, just a local place where we sell clothes. Most mornings start with sweeping the front and getting the hangers straight. Dehradun has that nice mountain air, though it gets crowded these days. We get all sorts of people coming in, some just looking and some who know exactly what they want. We don't do big advertisements. Mostly people just see us when they are passing by on their way to work or the market. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use the space well. We keep the shelves stacked and try to keep things tidy, though it gets messy when it's busy. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break. It's a simple life here on Tilak Road. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around us. If you are looking for a place that isn't too loud or flashy, that’s us. We just focus on the clothes and making sure the prices are written clearly. It's just a regular fashion point, nothing too complicated about it. We stay open until the sun goes down and the traffic thins out. It is just our way of being part of the community.
