S. R. Property

Our office is on the first floor, specifically units D1 and D2, right above the G. V. Parivar Showroom. We are located in Civil Lines, near the Union Bank. It’s a decent location with plenty of activity around us. S. R. Property has been here for some time now. We deal with real estate and property matters every day. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at different buildings. Back at the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with listings and paperwork. We aren't very big on fancy furniture or polished interiors. We just need a place to sit and talk with people about where they want to move. Being in Civil Lines means we see a lot of the older parts of town and the new stuff coming up too. It’s an interesting mix. We spend quite a bit of time on the phone or out meeting folks at different sites. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most people find us because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. We try to be helpful and give people the facts about a property. It’s not always glamorous, especially when you’re climbing stairs in the heat, but it’s what we do. We just keep at it day after day. The view from the first floor isn't much, but we aren't here for the scenery. We are here to work and help folks find their next home.
