Narula Properties

We've been here at Telpur Crossing on Shimla Road for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because it gets pretty busy around here with all the cars going toward the main district. Our office at Narula Properties isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk to folks about land or houses. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and watch the rain, especially since we're on the Shimla Road side where the weather changes fast. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in, we show them what's available in the registers. It’s mostly local people from the district stopping by on their way home. My brother and I run the place usually, though sometimes it's just me. We don't have a big website or anything, just the sign out front at the crossing. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we have to shout a bit inside. We handle a lot of the paperwork for the farms nearby too. It's honest work and keeps us busy enough. People around here trust us because they've seen us at this same spot for years. We don't do much advertising, just word of mouth from neighbors. It’s a good location because everyone has to pass the crossing eventually. We just keep the files organized as much as we can and help out when someone's looking to move.
