Kumaun Real Estate

We are located at Office No.2, on the Ground Floor, along Veer Haquiqat Rai Marg. Kumaun Real Estate is a small operation, mostly just a couple of us who know the area well. This street can get pretty busy during the day, so being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in and ask a question. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or leather chairs. It’s just a basic office where we talk about houses and land. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local authorities or showing people around different properties. It’s a lot of back and forth. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up shop here. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by on Veer Haquiqat Rai Marg. Other days, we don't even have time to eat lunch because so many people are looking for places to stay. We try to be helpful and give folks the real story on a property, even if it isn't what they want to hear. It’s better to be honest about a leaky roof or a noisy neighbor than to have problems later. We aren't corporate people, just regular guys trying to make a living in the real estate game.
