Our agency is at 16-C, right across from the P A C on the Nainital Highway. Being on the highway means we see a lot of cars and trucks passing by all day. It gets a bit noisy, but it makes us easy to find. We’ve been here for a while, helping people with land and houses along this stretch of road. It’s a good spot because we can get to different parts of the area pretty quickly. The office is small and simple. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or expensive furniture. It's just a place to sit down and go over some papers. We have a few old maps of the area pinned to the wall. Mostly, it's just us two or three people working here. We know the land around the highway really well. If someone wants to know about a plot or a building, we can usually tell them the history of it. We don't do much advertising. People usually just see our sign on the road and pull over. We try to be fair and just give the facts. It’s not a complicated business, just about connecting people with the right place. We like the work, even when it’s hot and dusty outside. It's just what we do. We often have a bit of a chat with the drivers who stop by to ask for directions, and that's fine by us. We’re part of the local scenery now.
