Our shop is located in Shop No. 9 on the 2nd Floor of the Ashirwaad Complex. It is right on Badripur Road in the Jogiwala area. Being on the second floor means people have to walk up the stairs to find us, so it’s a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. The complex is usually busy with people going to different offices and stores. Inside our place, it’s mostly just rows of clothes and a small area where we handle the payments. We spend a lot of our time checking the quality of the items we bring in. Jogiwala is a growing place and we see new faces every week. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up carrying bags of stock up the stairs ourselves. It’s a good workout if nothing else. We don’t do any big advertisements or anything. Most of the people who come here heard about us from a friend or just saw our sign while they were in the complex for something else. We keep the lights on and the door open from morning until late evening. It is a simple setup without any of the fancy decorations you might find in bigger cities. We just focus on the clothes and making sure we have enough variety for the people who bother to make the trip up to the second floor.
