NITYAY ESTATE LLP is located at 17 New Survey Road. It’s a street many people in the area know. The office is just a regular building among others on the road. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a door with our name on it. Inside, it’s pretty quiet most of the time. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of paper everywhere. We aren't very good at filing things away immediately, but we know where everything is. New Survey Road has its own character. There are shops nearby and people always walking past. We like being part of the local scenery. Sometimes we stand outside for a break and talk to the neighbors. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with estates and property. It's honest work. The building itself is a bit old, but it has character. We have to wiggle the key sometimes to get the door open. Small things like that remind us we're just a small local outfit. We don't have a marketing department or a PR person. It's just us answering the phone and writing things down in our notebooks. We’ve been at 17 New Survey Road for a while now and we’ve become part of the furniture. It's just a simple workplace for us and anyone who drops by.
