Neetu Verma

I am Neetu Verma and I work out of my place in Rajpur, Dehradun. The address is care of Shri P.K. Verma, which is my dad's name. It is a quiet spot compared to the main part of Dehradun. We are situated at 248001. Living and working here is quite different from being in a big city. The air is a bit fresher and things move at a slower pace. I don't have a big storefront or a sign outside. It’s just me and my setup in a corner of the house. Most of what I do is done over the phone or on the computer. Sometimes I take my work out to the veranda when the weather is nice. We get a lot of monkeys around here, so I have to keep the windows shut sometimes. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. It is just a home-based thing that works for me. I’ve lived in this house for a long time. The Rajpur area has changed a lot with more houses coming up, but it still feels peaceful. I don't have a staff or a big team helping me. I just manage things on my own. If I need something, I go down to the local market for supplies. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don't use much marketing talk because there isn't really a need for it. People who know me just call or drop by if they are in the neighborhood. It’s a simple life up here in the hills.
