Haridwar Haat

You’ll find our shop, Haridwar Haat, right at Ranipur More, which is a very busy part of Haridwar. We are located near the V Mart, so there is always a lot of foot traffic in front of our door. Haridwar is a city that never really stops, with pilgrims and locals moving through at all hours. We sell a bit of everything here, and the shop is usually quite packed with goods. It’s not a very large space, so we have to use every inch of the shelves. Sometimes it feels a little disorganized, but we know exactly where everything is kept. There are three of us who work here, and we take turns handling the customers and stocking the items. We don't have a fancy computer system for sales; we just do things the old-fashioned way. The noise from the main road at Ranipur More is something you just live with. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down and the crowds start to thin out. Some days are incredibly busy, especially during festivals or special holidays, and we barely have time to sit down. We don’t do any advertising or anything like that. People just walk in while they are out shopping or visiting the nearby stores. It’s a simple, local business, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time now. We just try to have what people need.
