GARA REALTY & INFRASTRUCTURE LLP is located right at Suddhowala Chowk in Dehradun. We are pretty easy to find if you are in that part of town. Our work is a mix of real estate and infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of ground-level activity. We spend more time out at sites than we do sitting behind desks. Dehradun is growing fast, especially around Suddhowala, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a polished corporate image. Most of the time, we’re wearing dusty shoes and talking to contractors or land owners. It’s hard work and the days can be long. We focus on being practical and getting things built or sold without too much drama. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day we might be looking at a piece of land and the next we’re checking on a construction project. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be reliable. Being a local business means we have to look our neighbors in the eye, so we try to do things the right way. It’s not always smooth sailing, but that is just the nature of infrastructure and realty. We’re just local folks working hard at Suddhowala Chowk to make a living and help the area develop a little bit at a time. It’s a lot of coordination and effort, but we enjoy seeing the progress in our own backyard.
