Devbhoomi Fashion Weavers Private Limited is located at House No. 67, Lane No. 4, Keshav Vihar, Dehradun. We are in the South Keshav Vihar area. It’s a regular house that we converted into a weaving unit. We have a few looms set up in the back rooms. It’s noisy when everything is running, but we like the sound of work being done. Dehradun is our home, and we wanted to name the business Devbhoomi to show that. We focus on weaving fabrics that feel real. Lane No. 4 is a narrow street, so getting big deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We've had some long days trying to fix the looms when they break down. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just us and a few weavers from the neighborhood. We share tea in the afternoons and talk about the latest patterns we are trying out. We aren't looking to become a massive chain. We just want to make good cloth and keep our workers happy. The house is always full of dust from the yarn, but that’s part of the job. If you come by Keshav Vihar, you’ll hear the clatter of the machines. That’s us, just doing our daily work in the lane. We hope to stay here for many more years making simple things for people.
