This shop is right on Saharanpur Road in Dehradun. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get during the rush hours. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward setup where we keep different types of clothing for the locals. Dehradun has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes and display the items. On some days, it's just one person behind the counter, especially during the lunch hour. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or lighting. It’s more about having the right things on the shelves when someone walks in asking for them. The floor is made of old tiles and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. Customers usually come from the nearby residential colonies. They know we are here and what they can find. Sometimes the winter air makes the shop quite chilly since the door stays open all day. We just pull on a sweater and keep going. It’s a quiet business for the most part, except when the school kids are passing by. We manage everything ourselves, from cleaning the glass to checking the inventory every week. It’s just how we do things here on Saharanpur Road.
