We are based on the second floor of Sai Plaza on Dhoran Khas Road, very close to the IT Park in Dehradun. 9YARDS REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is a real estate business, but we don't act like those big fancy agencies you see on TV. We’re just a small group of people who know the Dehradun property market because we live here. We spend our days looking at land, checking out houses, and talking to folks who want to move to the area. Being near the IT Park means we see a lot of people coming and going. The work involves a lot of driving around and looking at different sites. It’s not always easy work, and there is a lot of paperwork to deal with, but we get through it. We try to be honest with people about what they are getting. We don't use high-pressure sales tactics because that's not our style. We just show the properties and let people decide for themselves. Our office at Sai Plaza is a bit busy sometimes, but it’s a good place to meet and chat. We’ve learned that in real estate, your reputation in the local community is everything. So, we just try to be straightforward and helpful. It’s a local business run by local people who actually care about how the city is growing.
