Software

We've been here in the Main Bazar for a while now. Most people know us because we're right by Ohri Market in Bata Gali. It’s a busy spot in Kangra. My dad, Brij Mohan Obri, started things off and now I'm running it. It’s just Software. Nothing fancy. We deal with computers and programs all day long. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we keep working through it. People come in from all over the market when they have issues with their machines. It gets loud outside with all the shops, but we like the energy here. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get things done. We usually have some tea around and just talk to whoever walks in. It’s not a big corporate setup. It's just us doing what we know. If you're walking through the bazaar and see the Bata Gali sign, you're close. Most days we are here from morning until the shops start closing. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about their software needs. We’ve seen the market change over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here. It’s a good community to be part of. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure things run right for the locals who rely on us. It is just a normal life.
