India Pipes & Steel Agency

Our office for India Pipes & Steel Agency is on Sevoke Road. We are situated in the PNB Building which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of Darjeeling district. If you are driving down the main road you will see us right opposite the Gateway. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of cars and trucks going by all day long. Being in the PNB Building makes it easier for people to find us since everyone knows where the bank is located. We handle a lot of pipes and steel here. The weather in Darjeeling can be quite unpredictable so we spend a lot of time making sure the materials are kept dry when the heavy rain starts coming down. The building itself is older but it serves us well for the agency work we do. Inside it is mostly just desks and stacks of paperwork and some samples of the steel we deal with. It gets noisy with the Sevoke Road traffic right outside but you get used to it after a while. We are usually here from the morning until the evening. It is a straightforward operation without any big frills or fancy decorations. People stop by because they know the location and they need steel or pipes for their various projects. We just keep things moving and focus on the daily tasks in the office without much fuss or unnecessary talking.
