Radimtech Software Private Limited is located in Darbhanga, specifically over in Bengali Tola. If you know the Laheriasarai area, you probably know our neighborhood well. It’s a quiet enough place to get some coding work done. We started this because we wanted to do something with software right here at home instead of moving away to a big city like Delhi or Bangalore. Our address is 846001, which is right in the heart of things. It’s a small office, nothing too flashy or impressive. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working the way it should. Some of us grew up right here in Darbhanga. It’s nice being able to walk to work or take a short rickshaw ride. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or fancy meetings that go on for hours. Usually, we just sit around, drink some chai, and talk about what needs to be fixed today. It’s a regular job for us. We handle different kinds of software tasks for whoever needs them. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic with the noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just providing for ourselves and doing decent work for the people who hire us. Dealing with local clients is good because we speak the same language and understand the local context. We’ve been here for a bit now and hope to stay.
