Aryabhatta Gyan Academy

Our academy is right here in Kathalwari. It’s a simple building where we’ve set up some classrooms for the local kids. We have benches and whiteboards, and there’s always a bit of chalk dust in the air. We started Aryabhatta Gyan Academy because we saw a lot of students needing extra help after their regular school hours. It’s not a big institution with fancy gadgets. We just have teachers who know their subjects and students who want to learn. The hallways can be a bit narrow, so when classes change, it gets pretty crowded for a few minutes. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the registers and some spare pens. During the monsoon, the roof makes a lot of noise when it rains, but we just talk a bit louder. We don't do a lot of advertising; usually, parents just hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running, and sometimes we’re here late into the evening grading papers or planning the next day’s lessons. The chairs aren't the softest, but they do the job. We try to keep the atmosphere calm so the kids can focus on their math or science. It’s just a local place for education where we do our best with what we have. Sometimes we bring in tea and snacks for the staff during the short breaks we get.
