Gradientive Solution Llp

We are based in a village called Mahuwar, which is part of the Gora Bauram block in Darbhanga. Specifically, we are at Jibach Mishra’s place in the Mahuwar Tola. It’s a rural setting, so things are very different here compared to the big cities. Gradientive Solution Llp is our way of doing our work while staying close to our roots. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a paved parking area or a fancy lobby to welcome people. Our office is just a section of the house in the village. It’s very quiet most of the time, apart from the normal sounds you hear in the countryside like birds or the occasional tractor. We focus on our tasks and try to keep things as simple as possible. Bihar is our home, so we decided to set up our shop here in 847203. Most of our days are spent going through the list of work we need to finish. We don't have fancy job titles or long corporate meetings. We just talk to each other across the room and get things moving. The people in the Tola know us as the local guys who are always busy on their computers. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it works for us. We use what we have and try to do our best every single day in Mahuwar.
