Shads Events & Promos

Shads Events & Promos is located in the Lucia Complex, right at Mahaveer Circle. We have space on both the ground and first floors. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background while we work. The ground floor is where most of the equipment and samples stay, while the first floor is more for the paperwork side of things. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and it’s a familiar spot for anyone around the circle. Our day-to-day involves a lot of moving things back and forth between the floors. We do promotions and events, which mostly means a lot of lifting, packing, and making phone calls to suppliers. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office often looks a bit cluttered with banners and stands. We don't have a big marketing team; it's just us handling whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the Mahaveer Circle traffic makes it hard to get deliveries out quickly, but we’ve learned the shortcuts by now. We focus on getting the banners printed and the stages set up without making too much of a fuss. It’s a practical business run by people who live nearby. We just keep the doors open and work through the list of tasks for the day, one by one.
