Mighty Minds

Mighty Minds is based on the second floor of Regal Plaza. If you know Mission Street, you know where we are. This is an old part of town, and the building has a lot of character, even if the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. Our days are spent up here working on whatever projects come our way. Mostly, the job is about using our heads, which is likely where the name came from. We have a few desks set up and plenty of notebooks lying around. You won't find a sterile office environment here. Instead, there are usually papers scattered about and maybe a few half-empty tea cups. We don’t go in for big presentations or anything like that. Local people come to us when they need a problem solved or a new idea looked at. It’s a practical setup. Having been on Mission Street for a while now, we like the rhythm of the place. Traffic sounds from below are just part of the background noise. Our focus stays on the work itself rather than trying to look like a big corporation. A few of us just try to do a good job every day. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets interesting, but mostly we stick to a regular routine. It’s a simple space where we can think and get things done without too much fuss. We have grown fond of the way the sunlight hits the desks in the afternoon.
