Dutco Balfour Beatty Group

We are part of the Dutco Balfour Beatty Group, and our local office is at Nazaret Villa, Shanthipura House. We are located in the Padubelle Post area, via Shirva in the Udupi Taluj District of Karnataka. It is a bit of a long address, but that is where you will find us. We work on various engineering and construction projects in this part of the state. The office being in a villa gives it a much more personal feel than a standard office block. We spend our time coordinating with different sites and making sure our equipment and staff are where they need to be. Udupi is a beautiful place to work, though the heat can be something else during the summer months. Most of the people in the office are local, and we have a good understanding of how things get built in this district. We deal with a lot of technical drawings and project schedules throughout the week. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication between the office and the field. We do not really do any self-promotion; we just focus on the engineering tasks we have been given. There is always some project going on, and our job is to make sure it moves forward. We are just a group of engineers and managers doing our daily jobs from Shanthipura House, trying to stay organized and get the work done properly for the projects we are handling.
