Cv Scout Hr Solutions is based out of Mangalore, in the 575001 area. We don't have one of those massive corporate offices in a high-rise. Instead, we work from a more modest location here in Karnataka. The work we do is mostly about connecting people with jobs, so our day is filled with reading through piles of resumes and making phone calls. It’s a lot of talking and listening. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we’ve gotten used to it. Mangalore is a beautiful place, but we spend most of our daylight hours inside looking at CVs. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, whether it’s filing paperwork or fixing the coffee machine when it breaks down. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't really have a strict dress code or anything like that. We just want to get the work done and help people find what they are looking for. Sometimes the rain in Karnataka gets really heavy and it hammers down on the roof, making it hard to hear anything, but those are the days we just hunker down and focus. We’ve been operating in this region for a while now and we know the local job market pretty well. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s real work and we take it as it comes every single morning we walk in.
