We are based out of Misquith Villa in Aikala, which is out toward the edge of Mangalore. It’s a nice, quiet place to work compared to the middle of the city. Corporate Careers India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this house for a good bit of time now. It doesn't feel like a standard office because, well, it’s a villa. We have plenty of room, and the air is a lot fresher out here in the 574141 postal code area. Our team is small, mostly people from the nearby areas who don't want to deal with the heavy traffic of Mangalore city every morning. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Since we are in a more residential-feeling spot, the pace is a bit different. We aren't rushing around like crazy people, but we do get the work done. There is a garden area outside where we sometimes take our lunch breaks when it’s not raining too hard. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have fancy titles or a bunch of rules that don't make sense. Everyone knows what they need to do, and we just do it. It’s honest work, and staying in Aikala helps us keep our perspective. We like the fact that we can hear the birds instead of just car horns all day long while we work on our tasks. It is just a normal office in a quiet neighborhood.
