The Net Point

The Net Point is our little spot over in Kishorenagar, which is in the Cuttack district. We’ve been set up here for a while now, right in the 754131 area. It’s a simple place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. Most days, it’s just us sitting behind the desks, helping folks who walk in through the door. We handle all kinds of things related to the internet and paperwork. Sometimes the printers get jammed or the connection slows down, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. Kishorenagar is a decent place to work, and we see a lot of the same people every week. It feels more like a community spot than a big business. We don't have any corporate uniforms or scripts that we follow. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their tasks finished. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough for everyone. When it's rainy season, the sound on the roof is so loud we can barely hear the phones. We just do our daily work and go home. There’s no big philosophy behind it; we just provide a place for people to get their digital stuff done in this part of Cuttack. It’s just us, a few computers, and the daily routine of the neighborhood.
