Softnet

Our little office is located on Mahatab Road in Cuttack, right down Patitapaban Jew Lane. If you know the area, it is easy to find, but for others, it takes a bit of looking. It is an old part of the city with narrow lanes and lots of history. We have been operating as Softnet from here for quite a while. It is mostly just a few of us handling computer work and local tech needs. The space is small and can get a bit hot during the Orissa summers, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know us or heard about us from a neighbor. Cuttack is a busy place with all the markets, so we feel right in the middle of everything. We are not some big corporation from a movie. We are just local guys who know how to fix software and keep machines running. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from bigger cities, which can be a hassle. But we tell people the truth about how long it will take. There is no point in making promises we cannot keep. We just do the work, drink our tea, and go home to our families. It is a quiet, honest way to spend the day in a city we love.
