We do a lot of our work online, so the location doesn't stop us from helping people all over. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and talk like everyone else in the neighborhood. We started this because we wanted to do something technical without having to move to a big city like Bangalore or Delhi. It’s been a learning process for us. Sometimes we have to deal with electricity issues or slow connections, but we always find a way to get the job finished. We don't have any slogans or big goals of world-dominion. We just want to keep the business running and help the folks who rely on us for tech help. It’s a family-oriented vibe here, and we treat our work with that same kind of care and attention.
