Our office is located in Khannagar, which is part of Cuttack in Orissa. We are set up at Bhagaban Das's place, right in the heart of the district. It’s an older building with high ceilings and thick walls that keep it somewhat cool during the hot months. The street outside can get quite muddy when the rains come, so we’ve learned to keep some extra slippers by the door for everyone to use. Inside, we’ve arranged things to make the most of the space we have. It’s not a huge area, so everything has its specific place on the shelves. We have stacks of old manuals and equipment that we’ve collected over the years. It’s a very grounded atmosphere here. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on doing the work and people knowing where to find us in the Khannagar area. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with their own gadgets. We try to be helpful when we can. The ceiling fans hum all day long, and there’s always a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk waiting to be filed away. It feels like a real part of the community here. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours and making sure the technical side of things runs as smoothly as possible for the people who come to us with their problems.
