Novo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Madhupatna Industrial Estate. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we keep the inside very clean because of what we do. We spend our days managing production and making sure the boxes get packed correctly. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. There are about twenty of us working here, and we all know each other’s names. We eat our lunch together in the small breakroom. We don't have a big PR person to write about us, so it’s just us telling it like it is. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to wait for the technician to come from across town, which slows things down. But usually, it’s just steady work from Monday to Saturday. We have a lot of paperwork to fill out every day to keep track of everything. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s important. We see the delivery trucks coming in and out all day long. The industrial estate can be a bit crowded, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We just do our bit and go home. We’re just a local company trying to stay organized and get our orders out on time.
