Ak Pharmaceutical

We have been running Ak Pharmaceutical in Salipur for quite a few years now. It is a simple place and we prefer it that way. Our shop is right here in Salipur, positioned where most folks end up walking by at least once a day. We are definitely not some big corporate chain with a fancy office. It is just a regular local shop where we stock the medicines that people in our area need most. Every single morning, I open up and sweep the front area. The dust settles pretty quickly on this street. The wooden shelves inside have seen better days, but they are sturdy enough to hold all the boxes. We do not have any neon signs or expensive displays. Most of the customers who walk through the door are our own neighbors. We know their faces and we often know what they are coming in for before they even ask. Sometimes we end up chatting for a while if it is a slow afternoon. The heat in Salipur can get pretty intense, so we keep a small ceiling fan going that makes a bit of a rattling noise. It is not exactly a high-tech setup, but it gets the job done. We handle all the stock and inventory by ourselves. It takes a lot of effort to check every bottle and make sure the dates are correct. We use a big paper ledger to track everything. It is just us working hard every day.
