Manishri Refractories Pvt. Ltd is based out here in Cuttack, Orissa. The office and factory are in Madhupatna. It is a place with a lot of history, especially for us. The business was connected to the late Ajaya Prasad Das, and we still feel that connection to the past every day we come in to work. Refractory work is not exactly clean or easy. It involves a lot of heat and heavy materials, but it is what we know how to do. The area of Madhupatna is quite industrial, so there are always trucks moving in and out with supplies. Usually, the mornings start early before the sun gets too high. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with glossy walls. It is more about getting the bricks and materials sorted and sent out to the people who need them. The site itself has a lot of stacks of materials everywhere. It might look a bit messy to someone from the outside, but we know exactly where everything is kept. It is a local operation through and through. We have workers who have been with us for years. It is just how things are done here in Cuttack.
