Comesum Food Junctions

We are located right at the Cuttack Railway Station. If you are traveling through Odisha, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a very busy environment. There are trains coming in at all hours, so we are used to a lot of noise and a lot of people in a hurry. Our food junction is designed for people who need a meal before their train leaves. We don’t have fancy chairs or quiet music. It’s a functional space with long tables and plenty of seats. The menu is quite large because we get travelers from all over the country. We do a lot of rice, dal, and local dishes. The staff is quick because they know people have a schedule to keep. We’ve been here at the station for quite a while. We see the same faces sometimes, people who commute for work. Other times it’s just tourists passing through. The platform can be a bit dusty and hot, so we try to keep our area as cool as we can. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just cook food and serve it. It’s a practical business for a practical location. You won't find anything too posh here. It’s just a place to get full before you get on your train. We keep the water cold and the food hot. That’s the main thing we worry about every day. It is just a simple job of feeding hungry people while they wait for their next stop. We enjoy it.
