Badamba 4S4R Farmerproducer Companylimited is located in the village of Gamei. We are in the Badamba block, specifically at Nuasahi. Our post office is Sasanga. We are a group of farmers from this local area. The name 4S4R is something we chose, but the main thing is the work we do together. We are not a large company with a lot of money. We are just people from Gamei and Sasanga who want to improve our farming. Our office is a modest building in the village where we gather to talk about the crops and the markets. We don't have a team of experts or anything like that. We just rely on our own experience and what we have learned from our parents. It's a lot of physical work and planning around the rain and the sun. We don't use any marketing words or try to sell ourselves. We just tell people who we are and what we do. If someone needs help with their production, they just come and talk to us. We keep things very simple and practical. There is no corporate polish here.
