Star Exports

We are located over on School Street in Thazhanguda, right near the Gundu Uppalavadi post office area. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but everyone around here knows where we are. We have been doing this export work for a while now. It started out with just two of us in a tiny room and now we have a bit more space for the boxes and crates. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get things ready for shipping. The street can get a little crowded when the school nearby lets out in the afternoon, so we try to get our loading done before then. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure everything is going where it should. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when the rain hits the coast here. We just do our best to keep things moving along. We are not a big corporate outfit with uniforms or shiny signs. Most of our furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use some new paint, but it works for what we need. People in the neighborhood stop by to chat sometimes. We just focus on the daily tasks of handling goods and getting them sent out. It’s a simple way to make a living and we like being part of the local community here.
