Tudu Enterprise

If you look for us in Narayangarh, you will find our small spot right along the road. This is Tudu Enterprise. We have been in West Medinipur for a long time. It is a family thing, mostly. My uncle started it and now we all just chip in to keep the doors open. Some days are busier than others. When it rains, the water pools up outside and it gets a bit muddy, but people still come in. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the front. We sell what people need around here. I spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to the delivery guys who come from the bigger towns. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything. We don't really have a computer system, so we write most things down in a big ledger. Sometimes I lose my pen and it takes forever to find it. People in Narayangarh are mostly farmers or workers, so they come by early before they head out. We try to be ready for them. It gets loud sometimes when the trucks go past, but you get used to it after a few months. We don't have big dreams of becoming a giant company. Just staying here and doing our job is enough for us right now. It is a decent way to spend the day and keep things going.
