We’re located down on Pollachi Road in Gudimangalam. The address is No.3/336. It’s out in the Udumalpet Taluk area, which is a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here. Being out on the road means we see a lot of trucks and local traffic passing by. The place is quite open, which is nice. We have a decent-sized building where we handle all our operations. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a practical place where we can get stuff done. We spend a lot of time out in the yard or in the main work area. There’s usually a breeze coming through, which helps when the sun is beating down. We’ve been here for several years now and we’re quite settled. Most of the people working here live nearby in the taluk. We know the local rhythms, like when the market days are and when the traffic will be worst in the mornings. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just show up every morning, check what needs to be fixed or sent out, and get to it. It’s a hard-working environment, but we wouldn't have it any other way. Sometimes we have a small lunch under the trees if the weather is good. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order before we go home.
