Nritaa Tooling Pvt.Ltd. is located at No.16/3 in Lakshmi Thottam. We are right behind the Lakshmipuram area in Chinnavedampatti. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we like. The workshop is where everything happens. We have different tool-making machines and a lot of heavy steel around. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open as much as we can. We are a small team and everyone knows their job. There’s no boss walking around in a tie telling us what to do every five minutes. We just know the schedule and get on with it. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that’s just part of the process. We don't use a lot of fancy software to track every second of our time. Usually, a notebook on the bench is enough to keep track of orders. The yard outside has some old equipment and a few trees that give a bit of shade. It’s a very normal, local business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make tools that work and get them to the people who need them. Being tucked away in Lakshmi Thottam suits us just fine, and we’ve been doing this long enough that it feels like home.
