Down in Sennavaram Village, you will find us at No.272 in M D Nagar. Vaanmarai Farmer Producer Company is really just a group of us from the post area trying to make things work for the local growers. It is a quiet place most of the time, though the harvest season changes that pretty quickly. We don't have a polished front desk or anything like that. Our space is practical. We deal with the dirt and the crops and the actual business of farming. Sennavaram is a good place to be if you like the outdoors and seeing things grow. Sometimes the weather doesn't go our way, but that is just part of the life. We sit around the office at No.272 and figure out the next steps for the company. It is not always easy getting everyone on the same page in the village. There are a lot of different opinions and ways of doing things. But we manage to get by. M D Nagar is where we set up base because it is central for the farmers coming in from the fields. We handle the paperwork and the distribution without making a big fuss about it. We are just local people doing what we know best. It is a farmer producer company, so the farmers are the ones who matter. We stay busy with the daily chores and making sure the village post knows where to find us. It is a lot of work but we really like it here.
