Tussor Machine Tools India Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 1/247, Avinashi Road. We are in the Neelambur Post area. It’s a long stretch of road, and we are right in the thick of it. The traffic on Avinashi Road is almost constant, with buses and trucks zooming by all day. Our building is a simple structure that has seen a lot of seasons. Inside, the floors are concrete and the lighting is just enough to see what you’re doing. We spend our days handling various tools and parts. It’s a hands-on environment. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some old calendars on the wall and a few plants that someone forgets to water. Neelambur is a decent place to be based, as it's well-connected for shipping things out. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows their role. We don't spend time on long meetings or corporate speeches. Usually, we just talk over the noise of the machines if something needs to be discussed. The smell of oil is something you just get used to after a week. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just take a break and sit outside until it comes back on.
