We are located near the Arc Building, which makes it a bit easier to spot us in all the traffic. Our place isn't fancy or designed by architects. It’s just a solid, practical building where we cook every day. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change, but our routine stays the same. We get in early, start the fires, and get the biryani going. It’s a lot of work and it gets hot in the kitchen, but that is part of the job. We don't have a marketing department or a polished mission statement. We just focus on the food and the people who come through the door. Some are in a hurry to get back to work, while others sit for a bit longer. Being in Gandhipuram means it’s always loud outside, but inside we just focus on the plates. We don't use fancy English to describe what we do because we don't need to. It is just a hotel where you get biryani. If you are driving down 100 Feet Road and need to eat, we are right there. No fuss, just us.
