Tekmo Industries

We’re located over in Avarampalayam, at 65 Chinthamani Nagar. This part of town is full of small shops like ours. At Tekmo Industries, we don’t really go for anything flashy. We just have our workshop where we put together the components we specialize in. The building is simple, and if you’re driving by too fast, you might even miss the sign. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of tools and the radio playing in the background. We have a small team of guys who have been with us since the beginning. We don’t have meetings about strategy or anything like that. We just look at the orders for the day and get started. Usually, there’s a lot of grease and metal around. People in the neighborhood know us as the place that does the motor and pump parts. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with more buildings going up, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. If a customer comes by, we usually offer them a coffee and sit on the stools near the workbench to talk about what they need. There isn't a fancy reception area with a sofa. It’s an honest place where we work hard and go home to our families. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make things that last a long time and keep our name solid.
