We are very close to 100 feet road, which means there is always a lot of noise and dust from the vehicles passing by. Coimbatore is a busy city, and this area is right in the middle of it all. The hotel is a simple one-room setup with a kitchen in the back. We specialize in Chittinadu style dishes, so things tend to be quite spicy. We try to keep the spices consistent, but some days the chilies are just hotter than others. People come in sweating from the heat and the peppers, but they seem to enjoy it. Sometimes we run out of certain items by two in the afternoon, and we just have to tell people we're done for the day. My wife helps with the accounts and I handle the kitchen and the staff.
