Sri Amuthasurabhi Hotel

Sri Amuthasurabhi Hotel is located at No 34, Ranga Gounder Street in Coimbatore. This is a very old part of the city and we have been here for a long time. The hotel is housed in a simple building that has been around for decades. We have a dining area on the ground floor and some basic rooms for rent upstairs. It’s not a luxury place by any means. Most of our guests are people visiting the city for small business trips or shopping. The restaurant downstairs gets quite busy during lunch hours. We serve a traditional meal that many shopkeepers from the nearby streets come to eat. Our kitchen staff has been with us for many years and they know exactly how to prepare everything. We use local ingredients and don't complicate things with fancy spices. The rooms are plain with just the essentials like a bed and a fan. We try to keep the place as clean as we can, even though the building is quite old. There is a lot of hustle and bustle on Ranga Gounder Street throughout the day. You can hear the sounds of the market from inside. We don't do any online bookings or have a fancy reception desk. People usually just walk in and ask if we have space. It’s a straightforward business run by a few of us who work here every day. Most of the time it’s just the same routine, but we don’t mind it much.
