Sree Santhi Group Of Companies is over at 14-A, E & E Estate, near the Civil Aerodrome. Even though the name sounds like we’re a huge corporation, we’re really just a group of people working together in this estate. Our office is a simple place where we manage a few different things. Being near the aerodrome means we hear the planes overhead all the time, which you just get used to after a while. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Most of our work is just keeping things organized and making sure our different branches are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s a lot of coordination and sitting through meetings. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We try to keep things grounded. We’re not into big, empty promises or corporate slogans. We just try to be fair and do our jobs well. The estate is a quiet enough place to work, and we’ve made some good friends in the neighboring units. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in a way that makes sense. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we're running behind, but we always get there in the end. It takes a lot of patience to manage everything we do, but we just take it one day at a time without any fuss.
